DCI Engineers Names Leah Weyandt Interim Chief People Officer

A new role built to deepen DCI's long-standing investment in our people behind the work.

DCI Engineers has named Leah Weyandt interim Chief People Officer, a role created to strengthen the firm's focus on our 300+ team members. Leah brings more than 30 years of experience building people and talent functions, including leading talent acquisition, for organizations that put people at the center of their growth.

"DCI already has real substance behind its people-first reputation," Weyandt said. "My job is to help that scale as the firm grows."

Weyandt's priorities include expanding Learning & Development firmwide, clarifying career paths for staff, and strengthening Talent Acquisition so every new hire reflects DCI's culture and core values from the start.

Why It Matters for Our Clients

Our work starts with our people. Investing in how DCI's teams grow and stay with the firm means clients continue working with people who understand their needs and DCI's standards. A strong talent pipeline also helps DCI keep pace with growth across the firm.
