Project Highlights
Designed new entry vestibule and assisted in the retrofit of the existing mall to incorporate it.
Prepared a storm, grading, water, and sewer master plan for the major redevelopment of the 63-acre site.
Included the relocation of a city road, the incorporation of a regional Interurban Trail system, routing of a city bus system through the site, and retrofitting the entire site to comply with new storm water quality and detention standards.
