An Interview at The Thinkery

The Austin’s Children Museum is a museum where even the adults enjoy going! Built without walls, The Thinkery was an evolutionary concept to the ACM, a place where science, innovation, and families can think and play.  Designed by architects STG Design and Koning Eizenberg, DCI Engineers was excited to be a part of this collaboration and to create an impact on the young minds that attend this unique oasis of learning.

This two-story gallery of science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) is a project that encompasses many of the foundations of engineering and we were excited to be able to work on a project that is aimed at inspiring our future engineers. We decided that it would be fun to interview some of the ‘younger’ engineers in the DCI family to better understand their unique interpretation of the structural elements that make up ‘The Thinkery.'
