Michael A. Dupras
“Structural engineering was a great fit for me. I've always loved buildings and am fascinated with material science. I see structural engineers playing an important role as the demand for efficient and sustainable structures continues to grow.”
Michael began his engineering career in his hometown of Boise, Idaho where he worked for an integrated architecture and engineering firm. Since joining the DCI Austin office in 2014, he has managed commercial, office, mixed-use, education, healthcare, hospitality and high-rise projects. He routinely strengthens client relationships, mentors staff, and leads the sustainability effort for the firm. He values his clients, as well as his talented staff - and is driven to see them succeed. Prior to becoming an engineer, Michael proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.
