Since joining the firm, Richard has been an integral part to the innovation and progressivity of DCI Engineers. One of his main jobs is to impart his financial knowledge and experience to younger engineers through training and one on one sessions. He believes that attention to detail and a curiosity for how things work, are fundamental in order to constantly evolve methodologies within a department. With a degree from Point Loma University in Business Administration, Richard has been a company leader in finding advanced techniques for seamless companywide development. His recognition by Deltek Vision with a 2013 Innovation Excellence Award for his commitment to streamlining DCI’s CRM system, is a testimony to his passion for advancement.
