For more than 18 years, Roxanne has been a right of way professional and project manager overseeing highly efficient acquisition and relocation teams in eastern Washington. She is well-versed in federal and state regulations related to real estate consulting. Roxanne has extensive collaboration experience with the City of Spokane, City of Spokane Valley, Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport, Spokane County, and Washington State Department of Transportation and Engineering firms. She is a certified mediator and a licensed Washington state real estate broker. She is a member of the American Public Works Association (APWA) and Marketing Associates of Spokane (MAS) and the president of the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene Women in Transportation Chapter (WTS).
Roxanne was the WTS Woman of the Year in 2017.
