“Structural engineering will always be relevant. History has shown us that not only do people love to build, but through practice, there is always a better way.”

Since the beginning of his career, Chuck has been surrounded by—as well as in, under, above and below—interesting structures as he observes and inspects their conditions. His background includes both above-water and below-water inspections and a resume with several special certifications including but not limited to NDT Testing, Certified Weld Inspector, ADCI Dive Supervisor and SPRAT Rope Access.

Chuck’s unique structural skills are an integral part of DCI’s bridge team, and he has helped expand the firm’s involvement in project observations and special inspections.
