What You’ll Do:

As a BIM Designer, you will play a key role in supporting structural projects through accurate and organized drafting and documentation:

• Apply company standards to perform Revit and AutoCAD drafting to produce high-quality construction documents
• Communicate with project engineers and managers regarding projects and scheduling
• Review completed drafting work and compare with mark-ups and sketches
• Maintain and organize project files according to company protocols
• Continuously grow your technical skills and knowledge through internal project experience and mentorship

What You Bring:

To succeed as a BIM Designer, you should bring the following skills and experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Revit, with a working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Experience in structural drafting and design involving steel, concrete, wood, and masonry is preferred
• Knowledge of construction processes is helpful
• Attentive to detail, service-oriented, and proactive/effective communicator
• Approachable, collaborative, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong interest in learning and growing within a structural engineering environment

You’ll apply your structural engineering degree and hands-on experience to lead complex building projects, mentor junior engineers, collaborate across teams, and develop lasting client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

As a Structural Engineering Project Manager, you will lead building projects from start to finish, including:

• Develop, coordinate, and direct the production of engineering project documents
• Prepare fee proposals and contracts
• Develop workload and scheduling projections for project staff
• Oversee calculations, design, and analysis of project elements
• Collaborate with engineers and BIM Designers to coordinate design details and construction document requirements
• Perform or oversee construction observations and prepare reports
• Review shop drawings during construction
• Evaluate additional service requests, manage billing, and coordinate permit responses and construction support
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

What You Bring:

To succeed as a Structural Engineering Project Manager, you should bring the following skills and experiences:

• 2 years of structural project management experience, plus 4+ years of structural design engineering experience
• Civil Engineering degree from an ABET-accredited university and PE license required
• Experience designing and managing projects using steel, concrete, wood, and masonry
• Experience with building evaluations, renovations, and seismic retrofits
• Skilled in designing all categories of seismic and gravity framing systems across building types and materials
• Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
• Experience leading and mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with BIM Designers
• Desire to provide excellent service and build long-term client relationships
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal project teams
• Master’s degree and SE license preferred

• Perform structural design of assigned tasks under the supervision of the Project Manager
• Collaborate with BIM Designers to produce structural construction documents and draft details in REVIT
• Assist Project Managers with construction support, including shop drawing review and responding to RFIs
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all construction documents

To succeed as a Senior Structural Project Engineer, you should bring the following skills and experiences:

• 3-6 years of structural engineering experience related to building design
• Working knowledge and project experience using steel, concrete, and wood design materials
• Experience designing all categories of gravity framing and lateral force resisting systems
• Ability to perform advance calculations, design, and analysis for structural elements
• Strong knowledge of design/building codes such as AISC, ACI 318, IBC, ASCE 7
• Working knowledge of structural analysis software such as RISA 3D, RAM, ETABS, Enercalc, or similar
• Perform construction administration tasks such as reviewing shop drawings, writing construction observation reports, and communicating with contractors
• Ability to manage your time and juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Desire to provide excellent service and build strong client relationships
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and effective communication skills
• State-issued Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certificate required; Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred. 
• Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering degree from an ABET-accredited university
